Produced 250+ games for consoles, mobile devices, PC/Mac, browsers and social media platforms, AR/VR devices, and more. He’s directed the design and development of game engines and SaaS technology platforms upon which games and gamified “higher-education” courses and training tools were deployed for edtech, fintech, medtech, and fit-tech sectors. Training tools were designed and developed for the United States Marine Corps, the University of Minnesota’s School of Nursing, and various “lettered” agencies of the United States’ federal government.
Previously, he was the User Experience Director for Western Governor’s University, the Product Development Director for Destineer Studios, and a Program Manager for Microsoft Game Studios in the Xbox Group. Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer for Kinima Technologies, a biomechanics data science app for athletes, trainers, and coaches that tracks and interprets athletes’ movements to boost athletic performance.
Tony’s a proud father of two, a nationally and internationally-ranked 6-Star Hall Of Fame World Major Marathoner in pursuit of “7 Star Status” in Sydney, Australia later in 2026, an Olympic distance triathlete, Ragnarian, skier, sponsored athlete, and lifestyle brand ambassador.
He is Chief Operating Officer of Iron Gate Initiatives., a film and entertainment production company. Garrett also currently serves as Vice President at SLS Group, a family office that offers innovative new financial products. As principal and CEO of his own consulting firm, Capital Holdings Group, he leverages his extensive professional network and business development talents to assist early stage, micro-cap businesses grow revenue, market share, and operations.
Garrett has been involved in business operations for over a decade. Previously, he held multiple roles in operations, marketing, and revenue generation at several affiliated businesses in the healthcare industry. Garrett attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, for undergraduate studies. He is an active investor in multifamily real estate developments and is keenly interested in almost anything where finance, investing, and technology intersect. Garrett enjoys basketball, skiing, tennis, golf, and watching films in his spare time.
